Understand Inbox, Live, Report, and Closed

Know which Reploom view to use for source conversations, urgent action, repeated sales leaks, and completed findings.

The four views answer different questions

Reploom is an AI Sales QA product. Its main job is to show where social sales conversations lose momentum and what the team should fix. Inbox, Live, Report, and Closed are separate because each one supports a different decision.

ViewQuestion it answersUse it for
InboxWhat was actually said?Reading the complete source conversation and replying when the channel allows it
LiveWhat may need action now?Unanswered requests, incomplete replies, and follow-up tasks that are still current
ReportWhere does the sales process repeatedly leak?Reply timing, lead intent, repeated handling patterns, evidence, and improvement decisions
ClosedWhat happened to earlier findings?Answered, hidden, and excluded findings, plus contacts excluded from Sales QA

Inbox is the evidence layer

Inbox keeps the conversations imported from connected channels. Open it when you need the full thread, customer context, attachments that are available, or the exact exchange behind a Sales QA finding.

Inbox is not the main Reploom outcome. A large message list tells you what arrived. Sales QA tells you which opportunities stalled, why they stalled, and which problem repeats across the team.

Live shows current action

Live is the operational Sales QA queue. It can surface a customer request that still needs a business reply, a reply that left part of the request unanswered, or a follow-up task created by an active improvement.

Open the source conversation before acting. AI can misunderstand context, so the evidence remains part of every finding. If a finding is no longer relevant, hide it rather than changing the underlying conversation.

Report shows repeated conversion leaks

Report reviews a selected time period and summarizes the conversations Reploom has analyzed. It can show conversations checked, leads found, high-intent conversations, reply rate, reply timing, and repeated leak patterns with source conversations.

When a working schedule is configured, reply time is separated by whether the customer's message arrived inside or outside that schedule. The values remain real elapsed customer wait time.

A report is evidence for a management decision, not a promise of recovered revenue. The team still has to change its process, respond well, and measure the result.

Closed keeps the audit trail

Closed contains findings that were answered or resolved, findings a teammate hid, and report history that was excluded. Contacts excluded from Sales QA appear in their own section under Closed.

Closing or hiding a finding does not delete the source conversation from Inbox. You can restore eligible findings when they were closed by mistake.

Why a view can be empty

An empty Live or Report view does not always mean the connection is broken. Common reasons include:

  • history is still importing or waiting for AI review;
  • the channel started collecting only after connection;
  • the selected report period has no analyzed conversations;
  • conversations exist, but none currently qualify as actionable findings;
  • the relevant history or contact was excluded from Sales QA.

Check the preparation status on the Sales QA dashboard and the account status under Connections. If both look ready but expected conversations are missing, contact Reploom Support with the workspace name, channel, and approximate conversation date.
